We are hiring a Safety Assistant to support driver safety, training, performance, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct orientation for new and existing drivers
• Develop and lead safety training programs for drivers
• Support driver performance and regulatory compliance
• Create monthly safety reports
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 2+ years of truck traffic safety experience
• Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn company systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
